1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PrintoFlux website, portal, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
PrintoFlux reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services
PrintoFlux provides offset printing, digital printing, and packaging services including but not limited to: books, brochures, business stationery, packaging, large-format print, and finishing services from our facility in Industrial Area 1, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, UAE.
All orders are subject to production capacity and material availability. PrintoFlux reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided through the portal or by our team are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Final pricing may vary based on actual artwork specifications, material costs at time of production, and quantity changes. PrintoFlux will notify you of any material price difference before proceeding.
4. Artwork and Files
You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork meeting our specifications (available at /artwork-guide). PrintoFlux is not liable for print quality issues arising from non-compliant files.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you hold all rights to the content and indemnify PrintoFluxagainst any intellectual property claims.
5. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment. Production commences after payment clearance. Completed orders must be collected or arranged for delivery within 30 days of notification.
PrintoFlux accepts bank transfer, cheque, and cash payments. A 50% deposit may be required for new clients or large orders.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cancelled before production commences are eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees. Once production has begun, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.
In the event of a confirmed print defect caused by PrintoFlux, we will reprint the job at no additional cost. Claims must be raised within 3 working days of delivery.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and PrintoFlux is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, logistics partners, customs). Risk of loss transfers to the client upon handover to the delivery carrier.
8. Limitation of Liability
PrintoFlux's liability in any event shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
