We use your data to:
- Process and manage your print orders and quote requests.

- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under UAE law.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security), hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
Access to your personal data is restricted to authorised PrintoFlux staff on a need-to-know basis.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies only — for authentication sessions and security (via Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information via your Profile settings.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
