PrintoFlux is a premium printing and packaging company based in Ajman Free Zone, UAE. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you interact with our website, portal, or services.

• Order & quote data — specifications, artwork files, quantities, delivery addresses related to your print jobs.
• Contact submissions — messages you send via our contact form or email.
• Usage data — browser type, IP address, pages visited (via standard server logs only; no third-party analytics trackers).

We use your data to:

• Process and manage your print orders and quote requests.
• Communicate order status, invoices, and service updates.
• Respond to enquiries and customer support requests.
• Improve our website, portal, and service offerings.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under UAE law.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security), hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

Access to your personal data is restricted to authorised PrintoFlux staff on a need-to-know basis.

We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

Our website uses essential cookies only — for authentication sessions and security (via Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information via your Profile settings.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Vercel / Hostinger — website hosting and deployment

We do not integrate Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tracking tools.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
